Michigan Opera Theatre has partnered with the city of Detroit to offer a series of live performances with Opera in the Park! The program features a free performance from our MOT Studio and MOT Touring Ensemble, including an accessible mix of favorites from opera, Broadway and the American songbook!

The concerts will be about an hour, and will feature our Studio Artists soprano, Avery Boettcher; tenor, Edward Graves; and baritone Darren Drone, as well as MOT Studio Coach/Accompanist Michael Sherman and MOT Orchestra concert master Eliot Heaton.

- Sept. 4, 12 p.m.: Spirit Plaza, 2 Woodward Ave., Detroit
- Sept. 11, 5:30 p.m.: LaSalle Gardens, Detroit
- Sept. 18, 5:30 p.m.: Riverside Park, Detroit
- Sept. 25, 5:30 p.m.: Alfred Brush Ford Park, Detroit
