Kee-Yoon Nahm
Dramaturg and Post-Show Facilitator
Kee-Yoon Nahm is an interdisciplinary dramaturg, translator, and theater scholar. In the United States, his work has been presented at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, Yale Repertory Theatre, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Significant Productions, Theatreworks Colorado Springs, Coalescence Theatre Project, Illinois State University, UC Santa Barbara, UCLA, Texas State University, and Yale Cabaret, among others. His work has also been presented in South Korea at the Seoul Performing Arts Festival, National Theater Company of Korea, National Gugak Center, National Dance Company of Korea, and Vaeda Theatre.
From 2019 to 2024, he oversaw the Diverse Voices Playwriting Initiative at Illinois State University, a program for the development of new plays by BIPOC playwrights. He is currently Visiting Associate Professor of Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale University, where he also received his MFA and DFA degrees.
