Stars of American Ballet Brings the Brilliance of Ballet Across America

Stars of American Ballet, under the artistic direction of Daniel Ulbricht, returns to stages nationwide this season, bringing world-class dancers together to share the beauty, power, and diversity of ballet with communities across the country. Founded with a mission to both entertain and educate, Stars of American Ballet is dedicated to expanding access to the art form beyond major metropolitan centers. The company presents dynamic performances featuring principal and soloist dancers from the nation’s leading ballet companies, oAering audiences a rare opportunity to experience ballet’s greatest talents outside traditional urban hubs. Each program blends iconic works from the classical and neoclassical repertory with contemporary choreography, reflecting the ever-evolving landscape of ballet. In addition to performances, Stars of American Ballet is committed to community engagement, providing masterclasses, educational programs, and lecture-demonstrations designed to inspire the next generation of dancers and dance lovers. “Ballet is a living art form meant to be shared widely,” says Artistic Director Daniel Ulbricht. “Through Stars of American Ballet, we bring the excellence of American ballet to communities that might not otherwise have access, while also celebrating the joy, creativity, and humanity that dance inspires.” Highlights of the 2025 season include featuring works by George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, Twyla Tharp, and new creations commissioned especially for the company.
